Features introduction
The Glass Straight Line Double Edger Line is suitable for flat glass straight line grinding,Rough grinding,fine grinding and polishing. It can install LOW-E film
removal wheel or Corner cut wheel as option. It is suitable for architectural glass,bathroom,furniture glass,laminated glass,walls,LOW-E glass,and
home appliances glass industry glass processing, with stable and reliable performance.
1. Machine adopts double servo transmission system, utilize servo motor prompt responds & highly synchronicity, to ensure Synchronicity of fixing side and
moving side.
2. Width adjustment use with servo motor control, make sure size opening reach 10 meter per min, and make sure re-positioning precision.
3. Grinding motor is speeded up by inverter, make motor RPM to 4500r/min, which can realize energy saving, also increase grinding speed and improve
polishing result.
4. The structure of the whole machine is welded with Q325 steel, and it is processed and formed as a whole after artificial aging annealing treatment, so as to
ensure the tolerance requirements of size and shape, so as to ensure the processing speed and accuracy of the product.
5. The structure design of the grinding head box is optimized, the installation is stable and the maintenance is convenient. The polishing wheel slide plate
adopts cross guide rail sliding, pneumatic compensation.
6. The grinding wheel cooling water supply system adopts Forster's unique centralized water supply, and is equipped with a cooling water filter to ensure the
overall appearance of the equipment and no blockage of the water supply.
7. The main transmission adopts the synchronous working mode of double servo motors, and the synchronous belt guide groove is selected with polymer PE
(commonly known as Saigang) processing, which fully guarantees the high-precision synchronous operation of the bilateral synchronous belt.
8. The control system is independently developed by Forster, and the programmable controller adopts Mitsubishi brand 5U series PLC, high-speed system bus
communication, and the communication speed is about 150 times that of FX3U. Advanced motion control functions can easily achieve highly synchronized and
precise control. It can open the communication and control the linkage communication with other supporting machines.
