Features Introduction

 

FIRST multi-stage edging series is equipped with rolling bearing transmission structure, which is suitable for flat glass edging and polishing, as well as 0-45 degree bevel edging and polishing. One machine has two modes of use, which can be switched according to customer requirements. The motor in the front part of the machine is installed on the base that can adjust the angle of 45-90 degrees, and the machine operation is controlled by PLC calculation and HMI, which is simple and intelligent to use.

FIRST machinery adopts bearing structure, guide rail is produced by quench steel casting,steel casting disposed through nitriding quench, HRC≥55,ensures machine's firm,stability,precision and long life use.


FIRST machine all adopts good quality motor ABB brand, to ensure the working stability and reduce working noise. Every motor adopts a high-quality figure handwheel. Operator can observe and control in and out of grinding wheels.


FIRST machine panel adopts polyester resin, configuration ammeter detection area, corresponding motor switch, and many data setting button such as angle,thickness in manual. All the works can ben controlled on the panel. The machine also adopts PLC Human-machine interface to set the parameter, and all the working data displays on the screen. Operator can choose auto/ manual control. System language use both Chinese/English.


FIRST machine steel plate and transfer roller are all designed by us, good material ensures a stable working process, eliminate the possibility in the process course. Main transfer part uses stainless steel to avoid the damage by corrosion.


FIRST machine provides automatic lubricating system, provides a good working condition and reducing machine maintain work. The complicated stainless steel water circulation system offer a favorable condition to water route circulate. Automatic chain pad washing device ensure the clean working condition of the chain pad for a longer lifetime.




Online washing device can be configuration as option according to customer special requirement. To keep glass sheet cleaning condition after processing without glass powder/polishing powder.
